Hello All,
Is it possible to grant permission to Officer so that he/she can log/view/update calls related to a specific organization?
e.g. Officer1 belongs to Organization1. Officer1 logs into infraEnterprise Application or the Customer Portal and he/she can log/view/update calls relating to Organization1 only. Officer1 cannot view/update calls relating to other organizations.
