Within the last 12 months Alemba has successfully carried out the following development projects:
- Developed a new module within Infra for managing Risks and Issues arising from New Service Introduction Processes
- Create Incident and Change report packs that are delivered via Word (thus allowing overtyping before sending to the customer)
- Enhance existing Infra functionality to cater for advanced Service Level Management metrics (including weightings and multipliers for Service Credit reporting)
- Implemented functionality to allow emails to be automatically generated but then held in a queue until previewed and authorised
- Design and implement workflows for several business processes including New Starters, Requests for Change (CAB), New Service Introduction and Planned Work
- Enhanced the Infra customer portal to be compatible with corporate branding standards (standard Customer Portal and SharePoint integration).
