Global User Conference 2012
After the success of last year’s event, we are delighted to announce we are holding the 2012 VMware Service Manager Global User Conference at the prestigious Woodlands Park Hotel in Surrey.

Solutions - Overview
Alemba are continuosusly developing enhancements to the core Infra product. Some of the smaller tweaks are posted free of charge in the forums. Increasingly, however, we are packaging major functional enhancements into production-strength, fully supported modules.
The first of the Alemba modules is an Enhanced version of the Customer Survey module. Several new modules will be released over the coming months and full information will be contained in future newsletters - so make sure you are signed up!
In addition we develop Business Intelligence dashboards that sit outside of Infra and report acropss multiple data sources.
Lastly there are several developer productivity tools for those working in the Infra environment.
