The Alemba Customer Survey allows you to get feedback on the quality of service your team is delivering.  The Survey module will take a sample of customers who have logged calls with the service desk and send them an email with a link to the survey pages.

The Alemba Customer Survey differs from the standard Infra module in a fundamental way:  all survey web pages are built dynamically from values in the database.  Through the standard Infra Administration screen, you set up survey questions and possible responses.  These are saved in the database and are used to dynamically build the web pages.

In addition, the Alemba Customer Survey records historical snapshots of the survey so you always know what response was given to which question – even if you change your survey at a later date.
